The Pearson tradition continues

For the 7th year in a row we have taken the Pearson family vacation .. to S. Utah, near Cedar City, in the Dixie National Forest, there sits a small but awesome creek that runs through the Mammoth Creek cabin area ..

4 days, A wonderful cabin, some great hikes, and river walks, learning about nature and animals, skipping rocks, nice dinners in the best natural setting anyone could want .. most of all spending 4 whole days with my family .. my cell phone doesn't work .. its only good for a skipping rock up there .. Telling our kids to take a hike and meaning it ... ALL PRICELESS ..

Emily, Blake, Chase and my Super Wife ...

Thank You !! so much Vic and Garnet, Nessa, and Dylan .. without your longtime friendship this family tradition would not be possible .. .

We left a bowl of peanuts out with a sign like at Halloween that says "Please take one"

Something Joyful

No one can be sad all the time .. So here is a very happy pic ...
ALL good stuff from now on out I promise

Thank you to everyone who came, sent cards, flowers and so much support

Today's memorial was beautiful beyond my imagination

The place, the speakers, the family members, everyone should be proud, Becky and I are so thankful for your moral support ..

Thank you Becky for being there with me through all of this ...

Thank you Sharon also for supporting me and the family as I needed more time than ever ..

Thank you Dad and family for coming that meant a lot to have you there and share this sad but changing moment of my life ..

and THANKS also to everyone who spoke on my Moms behalf .. Pastor Carolyn, Craig, Becky, Jeri, Judy, Irma ..

We told Emily and Blake now about the loss and Emily especially took it hard .. but both had great memories to share with us of Disney Bingo and Olive Garden trips ..

Closure is a good thing ...

Now on to raising Emily Blake and Chase and being a good husband and great dad ...

Janet Lynn Pearson

There is a sacredness in tears.
They are not the mark of weakness, but of power.
They speak more eloquently than 10,000 words.
They are the messengers of overwhelming grief and of unspeakable love.

Please say a prayer tonight for the loss of Janet Lynn Pearson

"Grandma to many, Friend to others, Sister, Daughter, and "Mommy" to me
